The Ministry Council gathers to put the puzzle pieces together. They work closely with our pastoral staff to regularly evaluate the work of our Ministry and Serving Teams by asking:
Are our ministry goals being met?
Why or why not?
Who needs to be doing what in order for them to be met?
As a church community, MCC aims to provide opportunities for growth in our witness to the grace and love of God through hospitality, worship, faith development, mission and service, and generosity. All of this happens because of the faithful work of countless dedicated lay-leaders. Our officers, council, boards and committees take an active role in carrying out the mission and vision at MCC.
