Children/Youth Registration

It’s the start of a new program year, which means it’s time to update children and youth registrations! These quick forms give you a chance to share important updates about your child with MCC staff and ministry volunteers. Thank you for helping us do this ministry well!

Ministry Night: Hospitality & Welcome Ministries

August 3: 6:00pm-8:00pm

At MCC, we pride ourselves on our culture of extravagant welcome and hospitality.

At the August Ministry Night, hosted by the Ministry Council, we’ll celebrate the many volunteers who help provide that warm welcome and active hospitality to first-time visitors, long-time members, and everyone in between. To strengthen our hospitality efforts, the Safety Team will spend time sharing their work and learnings from the past months and communicating important ways we can all keep MCC’s building and programs safe for all.

Any person who helps welcome people to MCC events, or who cares deeply about hospitality, is welcome to attend. This includes greeters, ushers, regular or occasional coffee hour volunteers, anyone who cooks, bakes, serves food, or washes dishes at MCC... come one, come all!

Dinner and childcare included!

Pre-Neighbor Day Food Bag Distribution

August 16: 11:00am

We need volunteers to leave food donation bags on our neighbor’s doorsteps after church the weekend before Neighbor Day.

This is part of our Neighbor Day food collection effort.

August 22: 11:00am-4:00pm

Governor Dodge State Park

HS Youth: Lake Day

High school youth (rising 9th through just-graduated 12th graders) are invited on a trip to Governor Dodge State Park! We’ll meet at MCC at 11am to carpool, stop for sandwiches on the way, spend time at the lake swimming, relaxing, and (maybe) boating, and come back to MCC around 4pm.

Neighbor Day

August 23: 10:30am-12:30pm

Join MCC for a day of neighbors helping neighbors! Together we’ll volunteer with local partners to build community and celebrate our neighborhood. Service opportunities for all ages and abilities.
