The Worship We Need: Friday, January 30
Imagining gatherings that tell the truth, demand hope, and bring God’s people together for a more just and generous world.
MCC invites the public to experience worship with The Many, an uncommon, intentionally diverse collective making music for people to sing together about peace and justice and a world where all belong. Worship is a completely free, open to the public invitation.
Worship musicians, pastors, lay leaders, and interested individuals are invited to gather earlier in the afternoon to a workshop featuring The Many, the Convergence Music Project, and area clergy. The workshop will include the opportunity to learn new music and join in conversation about the music and rituals needed by God’s people in this era.
Registration for the workshop and dinner is required as space is limited.
Schedule:
3:00 - 5:00 PM Workshop and conversation for people who care about inclusion, justice, worship, and music
