ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN MONDAY, NOVEMBER 24 at 9PM

MCC will be distributing 300 FREE Heat & Eat holiday meals on Thanksgiving day - Thursday, November 27. Meals come in packs of 2, but individuals can reserve as many as they need for their family. 

Meals will be available for pick-up at Middleton Community Church UCC (645 Schewe Rd, Middleton WI) from 10:00 AM - Noon on Thanksgiving day.

Each meal kit feeds TWO people and includes: turkey or ham (please indicate choice on the form), corn, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, and two dinner rolls.
