Frequently asked questions...

Do I have to be a member to participate in church activities?
All people, whether members, frequent visitors, guests, or first timers are welcome to participate fully in any of our worship services, youth programs, mission projects, concerts, or faith formation classes.  Specific contact information for many activities can be found throughout this website, or you can contact the church office at 831-4694 or by email at mccucc@chorus.net.

Can I receive Communion if I am not a member?
YES!  At Middleton Community UCC we practice an "open table" which means that we strive to be inclusive in our table practice just as Jesus was inclusive in his.  All people who desire to come to Christ's table and receive Holy Communion, or the Eucharist, are welcome.  At Middleton Community UCC, we typically celebrate Communion on the first Sunday of every month.  Children may receive either communion or a blessing at the discretion of
their parents.
