Adults
Adult Faith Formation

Middleton Community Church understands faith to be a journey that continues throughout our lives. Our journey is enriched when we share our experiences and stories with one another in a community of trust.
With this knowledge, we offer a variety of programs and avenues for adult faith exploration and spiritual growth, as described below.

For more information on any of our adult faith formation activities, please contact Laura Crow at (608) 831-4694 or crows@chorus.net.
